Although I make reasonable efforts to be available during business hours for phone calls and last minute appointments, I cannot be available at all times. I attempt to return phone calls in a timely manner, and strive to return all calls within 2 business days.
If an emergency situation occurs for which you feel immediate attention is necessary, please go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911. The local Crisis Line is available through Comprehensive Healthcare at (509) 925-4168, and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline can be reached via phone or text at (800) 273-8255 (also available online at https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org).

My office fee is $130 for 50 minute sessions. Initial intake appointments and sessions lasting 60-90 minutes will cost $175.
The client is financially responsible for attendance at scheduled appointments. A charge of $55 will be applied to client accounts for no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours advance notice. This charge is NOT covered by insurance.
Services provided in support of legal proceedings are billed at the full hourly rate, and may require prepayment. A minimum fee of $35 will be charged for phone consultation with legal counsel.
I am happy to bill insurance companies for which I am a network provider. I can provide documentation needed for you to submit paperwork to your insurance company if I am outside their provider network. Any insurance claims unpaid after 90 days become the responsibility of the client, as allowed per insurance contract.
I do not offer a sliding fee scale at this time.
I accept cash, personal checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you would like to leave your credit card number on file, it will be kept on paper only as part of your medical record and charged after each session for regular co-pays, and monthly for any non-covered balance due after insurance processing is complete.
